This new boulevard is a space to walk, to simply relax or to play with children. A walk combining leisure and shopping with a 19,965 m²  promenade, 7,900 m² of sidewalk, quiet areas for resting and terraces, a 2,300 m² green area and 600 m² of playgrounds for kids in six different playground areas. It has also 700 m of metropolitan bike lanes.
