With a neoclassical and seigniorial style, inspired by the Italian renaissance models, “Masia d’en Cabanyes” is an emblematic building, dated of 1798, an example of the cultural heritage of the Garraf region. It is an outstanding venue for meetings and other events, thanks to its meeting rooms and gardens. The house also contains a permanent exhibition on its ground and first floor, “Manuel de Cabanyes Romanticism Interpretation Centre,” where it shows the legacy (instruments, paintings, furniture, etc) and history of the Cabanyes family, a well-to-do family, owner of a wine and liquor company that commercialised around Europe during the XIXth century. Masia d’en Cabanyes is also a meeting point for any kind of activities, the forest and picnic area offers great space for filming and other events.
