Mas Grau is a beautiful cataloged farmhouse, whose origin dates back to the 11th century, and which has been fully restored in 2019. It has a modern and minimalist style, but we have preserved some details from its past, such as a 17th century wine press or Catalan vaults of its rooms. Its current configuration dates from 1857, and this is attested by its beautiful sundial.
It is located in the middle of nature, surrounded by forest, and near the sea, 40 minutes from Barcelona, between Sant Vicenç de Montalt and Arenys de Munt, 50 meters from the main road. It has a large asphalt parking for about 25 vehicles of any type and tonnage. Its 500 m2 are distributed over two floors, and it has a garden and swimming pool. To have sun all day, the peasants knew that well, the farmhouse is oriented towards the South.
