Farmhouse built in the 15th-16th century but the history of the farm and the family predates the 12th century. It is a very large house made up of three floors, the ground floor where there is the entrance porch, paintings, old kitchen, fireplace and pantry, the first floor which is renovated and inhabited and the second floor which is to be renovated. Several spaces and old elements are preserved.

In addition, there are farms, animals, farmland, river, streams, laundry, well, forest, monumental trees, very diverse spaces.

Bounded by the river Ter, surrounded by fields and forest, dedicated for centuries to agriculture and livestock.

Typology / Remarkable elements:

The cobblestone and wooden door of the main entrance, large rooms, old kitchen with fireplace, an entire floor to reform under roof and with exposed wooden beams, the mask scares spirits of 1714, many interior and exterior spaces to arrange. 

Authorship:

There is evidence of the family lineage, always linked to the farmhouse, since 1210, the name of which is our surname, Espadamala, maintained until today thanks to the figure of the heir.
