A villa built in 1866, it is located in the countryside amid the Plana de Vic surrounded by a large garden. In a rural setting in the middle of the Plana de Vic.

Typology/Notable elements:
It stands out for the spectacular and unique façade of unique pre-modernist style; it’s considered one of the most interesting artistic and monumental works made of terracotta.
From the interior of the house, are important, the decorative paintings on the walls located in the living room and in the bedrooms, the floors and the original furniture in the Elizabethan style stand out.
Authorship:
The authorship of the construction as well as the interior decoration paintings is unknown.
Conservation state:
In perfect condition, as the commitment has been made to ensure that the identity of the styles of the time is preserved as much as possible, maintaining all the most essential elements, carefully restoring a large part of the exterior architecture and interior decoration.

With very good access by paved road and 300 meters from the C-17 motorway, with  a large parking lot next to the house.
