It is a large building with a ground floor and two floors, a two-sided tiled roof. Rectangular windows, some of them with balconies. The interior shows arcades and walls of pale antiquity. A large portal leads to the patio, where a wine press and an oil stone are preserved. In the courtyard there is the typical vaulted portal. There is a stone vaulted corridor leading to the old vegetable gardens. The palissa that is preserved is of large proportions and has a traditional structure.[
Over time, the property has always belonged to the Casademont family. The family archive contains a deed from 1476. An ancestor, Francesc Casademont, appears as mayor of the place in July 1863. Other members of the family appear documented in the development of the town and mentioned from the 16th century.
