Mas Boscá is an old three storey Catalan farm house (ten minutes from Barcelona) in the hills of Badalona surrounded by fruit trees and agricultural land. It has a drive flanked with plane trees and a rear garden with gravel paths and parterres. There is a croquet pitch and a football pitch.
It was built in the XVI century though it’s origins are XI century. It has a basilical ground plan and an attached tower. The façade features gothic windows and there is a gallery on the first floor; the ground floor has a porch with columns that give access to the main entrance and where we find the old house keepers quarters, a library and a cellar with a cave. A stairway leads us to the first floor where we find a large living room, a dining room and four bedrooms; on the next floor we have an attic that has been turned into an apartment and the entrance to the tower.
The large wine cellar still has the old barrels that were used for winemaking back in the days as well as various interesting tools.
There is also a circular chapel annexed to the main house built in the XIX century.
