It is a house built in 1985, completely renovated in 2008. It has four floors, including a large garage with space for four cars. The house has 400 m², with a landscaped plot of 840m2. It has a spacious living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, study, 5 bathrooms and a pool. All rooms have large windows through which a lot of natural light enters.
It has an easy access and there is plenty of space to park cars and trucks. South orientation and location on the outskirts of town.
We have experience shooting cinematographically and everyone has been very satisfied with the spaces and accessibility of the house.
