The house is newly built and has a wooden structure. It is very comfortable and the views of Montserrat are spectacular. It is a house equipped with home automation, retractable blinds, the lights are turned off or dry by the movement of people and by lumens. We have photovoltaic panels, a garden and a parking for 1 vehicle. The back part is the natural park of Montserrat (it is a forest).
