La Guaita its a property with a house built on top of an old watchtower on 1964 by the architect and owner Miquel Maria Aragonès Virgili. The garden is extremely well maintened, it has a swimming pool which shape is 3 hexagons attached to each other, a tennis court, a table tennis table, a basketball basket, and some different spaces which are equiped with big tables and barbarqueus that allow to host big groups of people, there's also a small pine forest, a porch, an area with aromatic plants with a viewpoint till the sea, some fruit trees...
