Village house, located on the site of an old monastery outside the city walls. The house was built in the 18th century, incorporating some remnants of the original structure. The courtyard, well, and staircase are preserved elements of the former monastery’s courtyard. The facade features traces of an old geometric sgraffito (18th century).
The entire ground floor is an open-plan space, with ribbed vaults and arches supported by brick pillars in sardinel style. Notable features include the vaulted ceilings, ribbed vaults in the main room, a lowered barrel vault with lunettes, and transverse arches resting on the plaster lintels of the old chapel (now the kitchen), a rectangular mirror vault in one of the alcoves, and in the attic, a large pillar that supports a massive beam.
