A house classified as a cultural asset of local interest, in neoclassical style, with a central courtyard and cloister that recalls an Italian villa. The entrance door features a semicircular stone arch with columns and a marble capital. On one side of the main façade, there is an attached chapel, whose façade includes pilasters, a pediment, and a rose window above. The central room is large, and the ceiling is barrel-vaulted. The rooms are austere and spacious.
