Located in Can Castelló, one of the oldest and most central factories of Sant Feliu de Guíxols (Costa Brava-Girona), Espacio LaFab is an industrial space flooded with light, with very high ceilings of vaulted brick, large windows to three facades, floor of concrete and lattice beams exposed on iron columns.

It has 300 square meters on one floor, distributed in a large open kitchen to the dining area and living room, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet. Its interior layout and its modular furniture make it a very versatile and flexible space to host all types of shootings and events. One of the facades has access to two terraces, and another to a balcony, all of them with views of the inner courtyard of the factory. The venue is part of a historic industrial complex of 1885, formerly dedicated to the manufacture of machinery for the cork industry and located a few meters from the seafront and the beach. The building has a private parking with large entrance for vans and trucks, and a forklift to the door of the space.
