The most visible elements of this project are the three parallelepiped towers and the huge cantilevers at the lower floors, which create urban space. The 3-tower complex is made up of three different buildings.

The lowest tower, cubic in shape with a regular plan and 7 floors, houses a 3-star hotel with 146 double rooms. In the second tower, the middle in size, we find a social housing building, and next to it, there stands the 24-floor tower, the highest of the two residential towers.
