Village house with 3 floors and a total of 400 m2, called Casa de la Comanda, dated from the sixteenth century, located in front of the Church of a charming village at Empordà. Next to Can Xiana, in Amunt’s square, overlooking the church and the square and also the gardens named La Palma, located behind the house and cataloged.

With one well at the entrance gate and a second well in the garden (the oldest in the village). Rustic kitchen with all the original elements (oven, embers and fireplace, with typical tiles of the Bisbal). Bathroom also maintained with original tiles. Ground floor in perfect condition, with old feeders for the horses and copper pot on the wall (which was a hideout for coins).
