A special space that combines a captivating natural landscape, spacious architecture with evocative light entries, as well as a design characteristic of the 70s aesthetic. In fact, it was built in 1972 and designed with the elegance of that moment: this is evident in the furniture, as well as in the enclosures, ceramic elements, textiles, dimensions, lighting, and carpentry. It was commissioned by Pere Freixas Alberch, with the idea of having a family summer house. The house fosters contact with nature, rest, and enjoyment, both collective and individual, exuding beauty and peace.
The house is large, with multiple evocative corners, and an extensive garden. It is located in Vidrà, a charming village surrounded by mountains at 983 meters of altitude, in the north of Osona. It has about 350 m² of usable space, with independent access to different areas of the garden. It is located at the top of a small hill and is surrounded by a large plot of over 13,000 m², which provides privacy with views. Despite this sense of independence, we are close to the village (the center of Vidrà is 200 meters away).
Inside, the house features a fireplace, kitchen, office, simple bathroom, living room with a wood stove, and a large space that includes the dining room and another living room. A staircase leads to two areas where the bedrooms are located: a first area with a full bathroom and three bedrooms, and a second area with a full bathroom and three more bedrooms. Finally, on the first floor, there is a bright attic that also has beds and a full bathroom. Around the house, there are different porches and terraces.
Reaching the house is not difficult, and parking is easy.
