This house was thought and built by our grandfather, Pere Freixas Alberch, at the beginning of the 70s. Since 1972, it has been our summer family residence, for holidays and weekends. We, Pere’s grandchildren, jointly with our parents and our children, have lived unforgettable moments.

The location, the landscape, the views, the privacy, the building and its distribution, internal and external spaces give the house a unique, exclusive and special character.
This is a bright and welcoming house, open to nature and which keeps intact the charm of the architecture from the 70s’, with furniture from that time that has been kept with great care. The quality and size of its spaces make it a perfect place for reunion and for individual quite moments. The wide of its private yard, the beauty of the views, the calm, the independence, but at the same time the proximity with Vidrà’s urban centre, make it a privileged spot.

The house has 350 m2 of usable space and more than 13.000 m2 of land surface. It has the capacity to hold 18 people. It has 3 living rooms, fireplaces, kitchen, terraces and gardens. The house is surrounded by a wide garden space that gives the house independence and calm, but at the same time is not far from Vidrà’s town, which is easily accessible and 200 metres away.
100 metres away you can find La Creu de l’Arç, where La Fonda and the town’s grocery store are located.

The house is structured in a way that adapts to the location’s topography, a mount with excellent views to the area.
At the top of the mount there is the main access to the house. A big living room is open to a private yard, which is surrounded by oak trees that give the house a special privacy. From this point, the two main independent room areas are built, which have complete bathrooms and own living rooms.

The house has a main parking garage for two big vehicles and external parking spaces.
