The house has excellent conditions for filming and photography due to the amount of light in it and the panoramic perspectives that occur in each space of the house.

Ads, films and photo shoots can be shot in a multitude of indoor and outdoor spaces with different functions.

It is a secluded family home with a pool on a sloping plot with views down a valley with the Montserrat mountain in the background. The project is based on the exterior aesthetic composition and the way it fits into the plot. It is a mix of materials with concrete walls, steel beams, timber framing and large glazed openings. The pool walls have windows, so you can see the water from inside the living room. The glazed white mosaic of the pool reflects the rays of the sun that bring light to the entire house.

This house is an ambitious project that stands out for its views and a surprising pool that sneaks into the interior of the house, when designing the house the architect sought to mold it to the landscape. The result is a construction that from some points resembles a ship.

The openings of the pool, facing south, are essential in the natural lighting of the day area.

The house, on a plot with a strong unevenness, has a total of three floors: the first floor has an office that opens onto the pool and a bathroom with a shower; the ground floor has a courtesy toilet, the living-dining room with a central fireplace and the kitchen with an office and a large pantry. Finally, the lower floor has 4 bedrooms and the double room with bathroom and dressing room, as well as a laundry area.

There are two entrances, one for pedestrians and one for vehicles.

It is a quiet environment where you can breathe fresh air. In general, the interior stands out for its simple lines and functional and open spaces. In terms of materials, concrete, steel and wood stand out. Regarding the design, it originated thanks to the intersection of lines projected from the vanishing points obtained from the intersection of the boundaries of the plot. This type of solution causes very large panoramic views and leaks. While the south facade is hermetic, the north provides views of the mountain from the terraces, where you can have barbecues and enjoy reading. To not worry about the maintenance of the outdoor floor, cumaru wood has been installed: a wood of high hardness and excellent durability ideal for outdoor spaces.

From the house you can enjoy beautiful views of the Montserrat mountain

The floor of the house is made of oak wood, however in the kitchen a slate imitation ceramic has been chosen. Black was chosen as the dominant color as it was an open kitchen, so that it was hidden, in a way, by its dark tone. The furniture is from Cocinas Santos and the countertops are from Zimbabwe granite.

The distribution features the middle floor with the open living room and kitchen with the fireplace presiding over the space.
