Old Catalan farmhouse. Large corner building completely renovated with origins before 1497. It has a rectangular plan distributed in ground floor, first floor and attic, with a roof of Arabic tiles on two sides, the ridge perpendicular to the main facade and a rectangular skylight in the middle of the structure.
Currently, the building is completely multi-purpose and is used as a space for meetings, conferences, concerts, exhibitions, etc.
Typology/Notable elements:
Built with stone, pebbles, bricks and brickwork, the walls are plastered and painted yellow, with a plinth of stone pebbles on the west facade and another of stone and brick fragments on the east.
The main facade has a lowered arched opening on the ground floor that gives way to the main access portal, rectangular and framed with stone ashlars, there are also two large lowered arched openings framed by a pillar built with stone ashlars and molded imposts. In between is a rectangular sundial painted on top of the facade cladding, with the iron rod gnomon and Arabic numerals.
The interior of the building has been completely renovated, although much of its original layout, arranged in three rectangular bays, remains. It is worth noting, in one of the rooms on the first floor, the old stained glass window on the south facade that has been converted into an interior wardrobe. It is a large wooden window with colored glass in green and purple, with the combination of different textures and reliefs.
