Industrial construction formed by two rectangular buildings with two floors and a gable roof forming a central courtyard. Attached to the right ship, the public library and house steam, designed to locate the steam. It started its activities in 1881 and there are several factors that lead to the conclusion that the old factory was design by the architect Rafael Guastavino. The whole is currently under restoration.
