This modern Villa is set on top of the hill with amazing sea views to the Costa Brava. The Villa has been completely renovated in March 2019 and with open plan design it has plenty of space for shootings and filmings. All rooms have natural light and direct access to the outside, the pool area, or a private balcony. The house is full of light, coming trough the large windows, and the living area has more than 40 sq mt, connected (same level) with the pool and terrace. There are five bedrooms (two of which are ensuite) The outdoor area is very spacious with a big pool, barbecue and small forest of pine trees and a main Juca at the entrance. The interior part of the House has a fireplace (wood).
