It is a stone house from 1700, in the Alt Empordà, in an interior village, Viladamat, with 400 inhabitants, near the sea (5km) from l'Escala. The house has three floors, ground floor, with exit to the garden, a plant in the middle with a kitchen dining room all in one space, and a floor upstairs with two rooms. In total it has three rooms, two bathrooms, and a small terrace, as well as a garden of about 40 meters and a well. Inside the house has a very high and beautiful space in the same kitchen, and it is a very cozy house with lots of wood, as many doors as the floor. It is a house about 180 meters approximately between the three floors.
