Can Coderch is an iconic and monumental house located in Sant Pol de Mar, in the province of Barcelona, Spain. It was built in 1926, commissioned by Doctor Lluís Claramunt, who entrusted the project to the architect Joaquim Coderch as his final degree work.

It is a tower built with Gothic-style elements, recreating the stately atmosphere typical of some constructions influenced by Noucentisme. The main gate to the estate and the windows with Gothic moldings are integrated into a structure that combines elements and resources typical of Catalan vernacular architecture, such as the attic openings, gardened entrances, and more.

The house has three floors:

  • A main ground floor, with access to the terrace and garden.
  • A main first floor, with terrace and pergola.
  • The attic, with exposed wooden beams.

All floors offer sea views, and the property also includes a large garden and a terrace facing the beach.
