It is an old farmhouse, with more than 11 hectares of farmland and overlooking La Mola. It is located 35 minutes from Barcelona and allows truck parking. The buildings consist of a main farmhouse (about 1500 square meters) and an attached farmhouse. In addition, it has well-preserved old stables as well as warehouses, an old mill, an orchard and some animals.
