Modernist Location listed as a historical monument of the city of Badalona, Barcelona.

Construction of this fantastic historic home began in 1895 and was completed in 1902. The façade is made up of neo-Gothic elements and is in good condition. In 2021, a complete renovation of the entire property was carried out, incorporating improvements to adapt to current standards, such as underfloor heating on the lower floor and window openings to improve natural light.

The house is made up of a ground floor plus a first floor and has the following layout:

The ground floor is accessed from a front patio that overlooks the main façade. Entering, we find a hall that leads to 2 spacious rooms on each side. Continuing, we find a large living room that is connected to the kitchen and dining room. From the dining room, there is also access to the rear garden of roughly 150 m². The ground floor also has a guest bathroom to serve the living area.
