The house today consists of four floors, and all belong to the descendants of Dr. Rosalí. The first floor facing the garden is about 120 m2 and has rooms reminiscent of the early years of the 20th century.
The garden of about 910 m2, has a width of 13 meters and a length of 75. It faces two streets, the already mentioned Antoni Roig Street and Indians Street 14. The garden is figuratively divided into two parts, one landscaped with a small water fountain, swing and an area shaded by mulberry trees and another where it has a tennis court. It has a car park entrance from Indians Street side with space for between six and eight cars.
