It is situated in the mountainous sector in the North East of downtown Santa Coloma de Gramenet, which was originally a working-class suburban neighborhood. It’s made up of residential blocks and has a dense land use. The construction was launched in the 1960s by a private company in an area qualified as a forest park in the 1953 regional plan. Subsequently it has become part of the urban area.
