The old river textile factory was built in 1905 and has a total area of 11,000 square meters, of which 3,000 of these belong to multi-purpose interior spaces: the spinning room, the offices, the workshop, the laboratory, the fire department, a room with a large boat engine, and the turbine, currently in operation. These interior spaces retain their original state, but most of them have been recently restored to optimise their use for filming and other events and thus be able to exploit limitless creativity. It includes a new dressing room, hairdresser and makeup area as well as Wi-Fi access.
The main factory building has two floors, a basement and an attic, with an exterior decoration from the modernist era based on the geometric brick arrangement. The spinning room is the central nave of the complex, an open space of 1,800 m² in area and 6 m in height, where natural light and large windows are the main protagonists.
The exteriors are landscaped with a central patio and a large parking area. The fireplace is circular, quite well-preserved. The wrought iron elements are also noteworthy, such as gates, doors and lampposts.
