Located in the western part of the urban area, the building is on the corner and faces the roundabout of the Plaza del Mil·lenari, which becomes a strategic point in the communication between Manresa and Sant Joan de Vilatorrada. Landscape-wise, the complex faces the Josep Vidal Park and very close, within the same communication system, to the future Parc dels Panyos; both structures located on the left bank of the Cardener River.
