Nacho is not a regular child. He's been diagnosed with Dent, a very rare and practically unknown illness that has no cure. But Eva is not a regular mother either. The love for her child pushes her to create the ''Asociación Asdent'', with the goal of raising 500.000 €, the money needed to begin the medical research that will create a cure for all the people affected by Dent.

To reach her objective, Eva begins to organize activities, she thinks outside the box, she takes his son's case to the media, but it is not enough. Finally, her fighting spirit will take her to participate in one the world's hardest bike races, the Titan Desert MTB Marathon.
