Doctrine. The Original Sin and the Reinsertion explores the Spanish Supreme Court Parot Doctrine through the story of a rapist and serial killer who is released after twenty years of confinement, thanks to the annulment of this principle. Victor Ribas, a serial killer who spent more than twenty years in prison, is visited by Santiago Girbau, a journalist and former war correspondent in the Middle East, who is assigned to publish an article on the convict’s life.
