We are an auteurs’ studio made up of a group of film directors and producers interested in renewing the traditional processes of film production and dsitribution. At La Selva we are committed to more agile dynamics and practices focused on opening up the concept of authorship, the collective work of creation and the use of new technologies. Our goal is to make cinema from other perspectives and latitudes. Inclusive, authentic and diverse cinema for all species. The organic and flexible production structures of La Selva are adapted to the needs of each of the films. The Films we produce to find the most efficient way to make possible the vision of authors and projects with whom we have an ethical and artistic affinity.

Our programs are:

-The Incubator

It is a space for advice and promotion of documentary and fiction projects that aims to support and promote films in the writing or editing phase.

-The Film Accelerator

It is a comprehensive program of creation and production that seeks to promote the production of cinematographic works challenging the times and traditional ways of making cinema. Intensive creative meetings between film masters, industry connoisseurs and new authors with urgent ideas, eager to experiment with forms, formats and production resources.

-Move

It is a commitment to bring audiovisual creation and its enjoyment to places with less access or to other unconventional spaces of cinema with the intention of generating dialogue and socio-cultural reflection.
