This month we interview María Medinilla and Roger Grau, directors and creators of the web series Nosaltres through their production company Young Soul Studios. This project arose thanks to the support of the Montblanc Foundation and is intended to educate through audiovisual. They are already preparing the third season.

This centre, which wants to become an educational space integrated in the neighbourhood, was created in 2017 as part of Barcelona City Council’s Neighbourhood Plan.

01/28/2019We interview Anna Soler-Pont, the founder in 1992 of the literary agency Pontas. After a journey to Cairo and a meeting with Naguib Mahfouz, her life changed and a young language student became a literary agent. The agency also evolved toward the creation of Pontas Films. It is thus on both sides of the book, both managing the literary rights of its authors to adapt them to film and producing films based on books or helping others to adapt them to film.

10/26/2018We interview Gonzalo de Lucas, tutor of the final projects in directing on the UPF Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Communication. The next generation of filmmakers is being successfully trained in the public university. We talk to him about the Bachelor’s degree, but also about the films that have succeeded in making the leap from university to cinema screens, festivals and awards.
