The Manlleu Industrial Canal is a key part of the industrialization process in Manlleu in the mid-19th century. Its construction was carried out between the years 1841 and 1848 and it is currently listed as one of the 100 elements of the industrial heritage in Catalonia. It highlights different elements that make it unique, among which the laundry rooms, a space used by women in Manlleu to go to wash clothes and a whole series of hydraulic devices for its operation.
