Fasten Films is a film and television production company based in Barcelona.

Currently, we are producing “Alea Aquarius” (Maria von Heland), a TV series financed by ZDF and RTVE; “Frauds” (Giulia Gandini), a TV series produced by Monumental TV Studios and ITV from UK; “The End of It” (María Bayona), a film co-produced with Elation Pictures from the UK and Eye Eye Pictures from Norway; starring Rebecca Hall, Noomi Rapace and Gael García Bernal and financed by BBC; and “El Puma” (Marcela Saïd), co-produced by Haut et Court from France and Wood Productions from Chile, and financed by Netflix.

Its latest service productions include “Wake Up” (RKSS, 2023), a feature film financed by Studio Canal and premiered at Fantastic Fest in Texas; “Mi Amor” (Guillaume Nicloux, 2025), a film produced by Les Films du Kiosque; “Islands” (Jan-Ole Gerster, 2023), a feature film produced by Augenschein Filmproduktion, premiered in the Berlinale Special Gala; “Maret” (Laura Schroeder, 2023), a German/Luxembourg film co-production; “Skylines” (Liam O’Donnell, 2020), a U.S. film production; and “Beautiful Souls” (Tom Schreiber), a film produced by Sutor Kolonko and Maze Pictures from Germany.

Fasten Films productions include “Centauro” (Daniel Calparsoro, 2022), a Netflix original thriller; “The Path” (Tobias Wiemann, 2022), a Warner Bros. adventure film set in World War II; “Inside the Yellow Cocoon Shell” (Phạm Thiên Ân, 2023), Caméra d’Or Award for Best First Feature Film in its premiere in Cannes; “Mediterráneo” (Marcel Barrena, 2021), a Spain-Greece co-production winner of three Goya’s, Gaudí, Feroz and Forqué awards; “All the Names of God” (Daniel Calparsoro, 2023), a Spanish box office hit; “On the Edge” (Giordano Gederlini, 2022), a Spain-Belgium-France co-production starring Antonio de la Torre; “The Permanent Picture” (Laura Ferrés, 2023), with the world premiere at Locarno Film Festival; “The Open Body” (Ángeles Huerta, 2022), with its national premiere at Seminci; “The Volunteer” (Nely Reguera, 2022), a Spain-Greece co-production starring Carmen Machi; “One for All” (David Ilundain, 2020), with its international premiere at the Miami Film Festival and winner of several Gaudí, Feroz and Forqué awards; among other productions.

Currently in post-production: “Bajo el Mismo Sol” (Ulises Porra), a film co-produced with the Dominican Republic; “The Birthday Party” (Miguel Ángel Jiménez), a film co-produced with Heretic from Greece and Lemming Films from the Netherlands, starring Willem Dafoe; and “La Gang” (Carol Rodríguez Colás, Marina Rodríguez Colás), a co-production with Saga Film from Belgium.
