La Via Verda del Vallès is the first greenway in the province of Barcelona. The section of Bellaterra is 2 km long and it runs partly along the old railway track that connected Sabadell and Sant Cugat. La Via Verda links Sant Quirze and the kilometre 2,5 of the BV-1414 road, on a wooded path. Along the way there are three bridges, a former railway tunnel of 40 meters, a health park, growing areas and a lush forest.
