EGEDA is a non-profit association that manages the rights of audiovisual producers, collecting on their behalf the rights that cannot be individually collected.

It also provides services to the audiovisual industry through initiatives such as the clip and sequence authorization service CLIP CLEARANCE, CREA SGR, SEGO CREATIVE, PLATINO CROWDFUNDING for obtaining financial collaterals, the educational platform PLATINO EDUCA, the job portal PLATINO EMPLEO connecting companies and talent, and IBERSERIES PLATINO INDUSTRIA, a meeting point for platforms, TV networks, creatives, producers and other stakeholders in the sector.
