The Museum of Cinema-Tomàs Mallol Collection is a permanent non-profit-making institution. It is open to the public as a place where everybody can participate in scientific, cultural and leisure activities, working to serve society and its development. Its mission is to encourage an understanding and knowledge of the history of the moving image and the cinema through conservation, research, interpretation and the permanent exhibition of the Tomàs Mallol Collection and other collections or objects that may be acquired, and through the organization of activities and the provision of services that enable museum visitors and users to interact with it.
