In the beginnings of November started the shooting of the last film by Maria Ripoll, Ahora o Nunca (Now or Never), which took place over four weeks in Barcelona, two weeks in Camprodon (Girona) and a week in Amsterdam. This is not the first time that the Catalan director shoots in Barcelona; in 2005 she also chose the city as the set of “Tu vida en 65’”; and more recently Traces of Sandalwood, a movie filmed earlier this year between Barcelona and Mumbai and commercially released last week.

“Ahora o nunca” is a romantic action comedy produced by Zeta Cinema and Atresmedia Cine, starring Dani Rovira, in his second adventure film after Ocho apellidos vascos, and María Valverde, the young actress promising that we will see this Christmas with Christian Bale in “Exodus: Gods and kings”. They play Eva and Alex, a couple who want to get married in a small English Town, but the groom is stuck at the airport due to and aircontroller’s strike.
