The building is isolated from concentrated plant, consisting of a central rectangular to which are added two side sections on the main facade, of different heights, each covered with tile rooftops in Arabic. It consists of basement, ground floor and first floor. The walls are flat, composed symmetrically, with gaps of proportions vertical blinds closed for phone book. In the main facade highlights the balcony floor, which also serves as the main entrance porch. This is accessed by a double staircase that frames a granite fountain hemispherical profile. The garden, despite being an important element has been modified several times, as the interior.
