This block interior presents a new concept square with an open side to the street.

It surprises by its concrete cubic volumes, painted in white at various levels, creating an optical movement that breaks the monotony of this sober and functional space. With this intervention, Josep Llinàs and Joan Vera won the Ciutat de Barcelona Award in Architecture and Urbanism in 2003.

Public institutions and facilities complex: a library, a nursery, a school and a market. Next to these facilities, there is a nursing home and a community centre.
