Palmera Casa is an open setting location, with 280 m2 surface and splitted in different and singular areas.

Designed with a large window, it faces south-east, so there is sunlight from sunrise to almost sunset. The full-equipped kitchen is the heart of the house. It has a strong Mediterranean personality: mustard ceramic tiles, tilted ceiling made of wood, vintage cupboard, plates, trays, vases and ceramics from la Bisbal de l’Empordà.

The set of elements make you feel like you are in a house in front of the sea. The dining room, next to the kitchen, is 35 m2, big enough for events. It has a large window with an exit to an external staircase, something very typical in Poblenou industrial buildings. Going upstairs we have the great 30 m2 terrace, perfect for outside shootings. Our 70’s inspired living room is 45 m2. There is a stone chimney and gold and white velvet sofas, marble coffee table and a blue carpet. The perfect spot to record TV commercials.

Just at the epicentre, there is Madaula´s atelier. A studio inside of the studio. Here it is where he draws and paints his artworks. This 42 m2 place is always full of artworks in progress and other finished ones ready to be delivered. Between the kitchen and the atelier we can find the room. A luxurious space of x m2 with a double bed, television and an entire wall-closet covered by gold velvet curtains. The sunlight goes through the tobacco-colored latticework, creating sinuous figures on the ground. The elegant double-height bathroom is attached to the room. It is characterized by its black tile and earth-colored walls and is equipped with a huge shower, double sink, a generous mirror and a large arched window.
