Space located in the Alhambra building in Barcelona that has 200 m2 of interior space and 150 m2 of garden.
Inside there is a large open common area with living room, dining room, reading room and open kitchen with central island. The space has a height of 4 meters and with vaulted ceilings.
It also has an outdoor area that alternates artificial grass and microcement, where there is also a porch with Provencal style, an authentic green oasis in the center of the city.
It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a mezzanine with glass ceiling.
