An old neighborhood theater built at the end of the 19th century and converted over time first into a barn and then into a toilet paper warehouse is now transformed to function as a workshop. The Theater at the end of a quiet passage where it is very easy to film.
The Theater has a large open space 6 meters high with textured walls of partitions and wooden beams. It has a large window that opens onto a patio with a small pool.
The access is through the car park that can be opened or closed with the large original wooden doors. The front part also has 2 studios -one on each side of the garage- Said studios have a double-height front space with each one having a bathroom. They can be used for makeup or wardrobe and another for clients.
