The industrial and vintage style space has a lot of light and has 250m distributed between housing, a vintage motorcycle garage-workshop and a very sunny patio located at the end of it.

With easy access from the ground floor, we find a huge open floor that brings together a large kitchen open to the living room, dining room, sewing workshop, warehouse and bathroom, in addition to the motorcycle workshop located at the entrance and the patio background.

Upstairs there is a 30m loft where the main room is located. The loft featuring high ceilings, brick wall, exposed beam and concrete floor.
