To rent part of our premises. We divide it into two areas.

The speakeasy area, inspired by the speakeasy bars in the United States in the 1920s, the speakeasy promises a unique experience.

The area at the back of our premises, where you will also have a support area, our office area. Price of this space:

• Recording: 1.200 €/day or day.
• Photographic session: 800 €/day or day.
• m2 of space: Speakeasy: 6 x 4.5 = 27 m2 support space: 4.5x 5 = 22.50 m2

And then there is the area of the chester with the library, etc... You can have the speakeasy area or our office as a support area, but for recording/photography it would only be the chester area, price:

• Recording: 1.200 €/day or day.
• Photography session: 800 €/day or day.
• m2 of space: Chester: 8 x 4.5 x 4.5 = 36 m2 support space: 4.5x 5 = 22.50 m2

If you would like to rent "half" of our premises; chester area + our office + speakeasy, the price would be: Chester + Speakeasy:

• Recording: 2.250 €/day or day.
• Photo session: 1.500 €/day or day.
• m2 of space: Chester + Speakeasy: 36 + 27 = 63 m2 support space: 4.5x 5 = 22.50 m2
