House in the Pedralbes neighborhood built in the 1940s by the architect Duran i Reynals. The surface is 200 m² and the patio 800 m². One part consists of a pool with a chill-out area for summer dinners. The rest of the yard has larger areas with oaks, oaks, orange and lemon trees. There is also a small vegetable garden.
