The City Council of Barcelona has opened the call for grants to finance district and city projects, activities and services for 2020.

The Institute of Culture of Barcelona (ICUB) is the entity in charge of managing the grants in the fields of culture (A) and culture and education (Y). This last area,  jointly with the Municipal Institute of Education of Barcelona (IMEB).

The culture field (city scope) is for cultural projects that contribute to the enrichment of the activity and cultural fabric of Barcelona.

The culture and education field (city scope) is for projects related to the creative processes in various artistic fields of popular and traditional culture and for scientific projects that promote lifelong learning.

The application submission period for the 2020 call begins on January 2nd and ends on January 30th, both included.
