RTVE begins filming a tvmovie, directed by Sílvia Quer, ased on Torcuato Fernández-Miranda. De la ley a la ley is a biopic that will feature Gonzalo Castro (Torcuato Fernández-Miranda), Fernando Andina (Prince Juan Carlos) David Selvas (Adolfo Suárez) Toni Sevilla (Alfonso Armada), Francesc Albiol (Manuel Fraga) and Blanca Apilánez (Carmen Fernandez-Miranda).

This tvmovie deals with the beginning of the path to democratic transition with the appointment of Adolfo Suárez and gets the role of the 'so-called writer of transition', the main adviser and teacher of Prince Juan Carlos in December 1960, acting Prime Minister after the death of Carrero, president of the Parliament after the death of Franco, real senator in the first elections, and discrete designer of the process of dismantling the Franco regime.
