SPACE | A space nineteenth century, noted for its bare brick walls and high ceilings, accompanied by a lovely decoration composed of unique pieces made of solid wood of various kinds. They are 145m², consisting of two floors, sunroom, two bathrooms and a kitchen with wet bar; all it wrapped in a cozy eclectic atmosphere. Its total capacity is 56 people seated / 130 people standing.

EXHIBITIONS, EVENTS AND BOWLING MOVIE | The space is equipped to host exhibitions, conferences, product presentations, workshops, private dinners and all kinds of events. We have a large projector, sound equipment and catering service. Ample space invites recording of advertising, short films and commercials.
