The cloister is the most notable element of the monastic complex. It is a Romanesque cloister (12th-13th century), with a square floor plan with four galleries and a Renaissance over-cloister (16th century) with Tuscan columns. The galleries are decorated with 144 capitals, distributed two by two, that speak of monastic life, the old and new testament, bestiary, and plant themes. In the east gallery you can discover some capitals by the sculptor Arnau Cadell and the old chapter house (13th century) enabled as a chapel of the Holy Sacrament some time later.
